I'm looking for a specific iCarly episode: They're invited to some kind of convention, and Spencer cosplays as a character from a World Of Warcraft parody. This episode had Jack Black. More specifically, I'm trying to find the scene where Spencer and Jack start singing at each other. :p

I'm looking for a dorama about an otaku in the fully negative sense of the word - he can't even afford the high-quality stalkery cameras the other otakus use - who falls in love with a fairly respectable woman. I believe at the end of the second episode, he sends her teacups or a sweater or something, and it's played as very sweet and redemptive. There's a parody of an anime involving a Magical Girl with phallic symbols popping up all around her. The opening credits have the "domo arigato, Mr. Roboto" song.

I remember watching an educational puppet show that teached kids how to speak French or Spanish, it was called rigolicol or something like that and there was a fish creature in it.

Uhm, not sure if this is the right section, but I'm trying to recall an ADVERTISMENT.
It was about a girl who was painting a picture of a guy and that guy sculpting a statue of the girl. The two could not exist at the same time and took turns painting/sculpting each other day and night in an endless loop (one of them turned into the respective medium). I dont even know what the ad was about. If i have to guess it was something about a vitamin pill or something i dont know.
I hail from the Philippines btw (not sure if the ad is international), and I saw this ad like over 10 years ago if that helped. Any ideas?

Used to be a TV Show on, pretty sure it was a Saturday Morning Live Action Show... It had something to do with a group of kids, pre-teen to teen, and a ghost or clown of some sort. Anyway, they made a wish maybe to be super heroes, and they got their wish granted, they were given superpowers in the form of bugs maybe? I kind of recall one of them being a blueish beetle dude with the great big T shaped Horn I think. There may have also been a mansion involved somehow.
Essentially
Clown/Genie/Ghost
Group of Kids
Superheroes (maybe bug like/related)
Wishes granted?

OK, this one goes beyond obscure so if you know it, then you are god of something or other.
Anyways, it was a failed pilot that aired in early '80s I believe (or late '70s). It was some kind of superhero show involving about 3 heros. They were up against this ridiculously badly scripted Nazi villain who —- I thought —- was named Colonel Gass. He had all the usual badass Nazi accessories and used to constantly snap his riding crop on his boot top and then wince in pain (perhaps liking it).
There was one final scene where he locks the heroes in a torture chamber (the room was labeled TORTURE CHAMBER in huge pink neon) and subjects them to a wall of advancing spikes that looked like foam rubber. I believe all this took place aboard a BLIMP.....
Gee, wonder why it never got picked up...
Any clues? I have tried searching on IMDB for the character name Colonel Gass but to no avail. Perhaps it was General or Commandant or just "Evil Nazi Douchebag."

There was a show my friend told me about. She couldn't remember the title, but it was about this guy who got kid after a girl he slept with turned out to be a serial killer.
One of the jokes was she wanted a McRib sandwich and a McDonald's Shamrock shake for her last meal, because they were never served at the same time. She was working the system.

Right. I saw half an episode of some sort of Sci-Fi thing years ago. There's this alien invading Earth, and it's essentially a mountain-sized black lump that's leeching all the nutrients out of the soil or something. Apparently it was dropped down as a weapon by an alien race, but they can't drop more than one because the power required to sustain two at once is infinite.
Some dude figures out how to communicate with the black lump through his laptop. Black Lump invites him inside itself, and the dude accepts, only to find the alien was pulling his chain when it eats him.
The military manage to kill the thing by flying a jet through a passage in its body and killing its core. The lump withers and disappears, only for a second one to promptly pop up in its place. The episode ends with a general informing his men that he's authorised the use of nuclear weapons against the lump, telling them he wants to show the aliens that humanity is willing to burn their planet to keep them off.
This has bugged me for YEARS. Whoever can tell me the title, I will buy you a private jet when I am rich and famous and rule the world. I might also just be really grateful. One or the other.

I'm pretty sure what I'm looking for was a episode from one of those twilight zone / masters of science fiction shows with new sci-fi stories each week, probably from the 90s. The US army is camped out in the desert in the night observing a giant cube about 100 ft in length. The cube is a window into another universe where people live near a house in a beautiful lush meadow. The army can't hear but can see and the other side seems unaware of the army. They use a golf-ball launcher to shoot at it constantly to detect an opening in the barrier preventing them from passing.
One of the scientists becomes obsessed and when he sees an opening he goes through. He is then promptly eaten by the women and children who have giant fangs. The father pulls out a book, casts a spell and reverses the window so that they can see us.
It was so cool, I'd love to watch it again.

I remember this show on Nickelodeon—actually, I don't think this was the whole show, but some sort of silly segment:
There were these six people who were placed in a car, and the last one still in it wins. I remember a man named Mr. Gullible(?) who, as his namesake, was fooled into leaving the car early in the competition. There was also a girl who liked eggs for some reason.

I'm trying to find out if I'm just crazy or if this was actually on the air at one point. It could have just been a Canadian thing, or it could have been international (or it could have been a Candle Cove/Eldritch Abomination thing)... This was in the late-80s/early-90s or so.
Anyway, there was this girl (I think her name was Hope), and an evil witch/queen/something. The witch had a henchmonster (fuzzy brown puppet guy) called Erg (possibly spelled differently, but pronounced as I spelled it). There was also a talking waterfall/spring/pond/well/something. I think it was probably either a well or a waterfall, because I seem to recall if being an alliteration with the word 'wise' or 'wisdom'.
Edited to correct 'canned' to the more accurate 'called'.

Allright. There's this show that comes on at least once a week on Japanese TV, and it's about a group of monsters. There's a kid with huge ears and stretchy limbs, a werewolf, a frankenstein-type monster, a vampire (with an Ill Girl love interest who he met at the supermarket), an elderly woman and two younger kids. There's also a powerful monster underground that a different group is trying to revive... does anyone know what the title of this is, because I don't speak Japanese and I have no idea.

I'm looking for a show that was on Nickelodeon in the mid-late 90's (it premiered no later than 1998, I know that much). It might have been a failed pilot, because I only think one episode ever aired. It was a sketch comedy show, I'm pretty sure, and it involved a lot of completely life-size puppets that may have been completely black whose puppeteers were visible moving around with them. The end of the episode ended with some kind of dance party, I think. I remember this only because those puppets freaked me out hardcore and it's been driving me crazy for well on 12 years that I can't remember what it was. I had taped it onto VHS and had it written on the label, so it's on the tip of my tongue all the time.

This ones been driving me crazy for a while. Its a show from the late 80's or early 90's.
A middle aged "time cop" of sorts hops from time to time, somehow controlled by a pocket watch, capturing evil time travelers. In the premier he accidentally picks up a kid who travels with him throughout the series because for some reason they cant get him back to the appropriate time. Anyone remember this one?

Does anyone remember a TV pilot called "Things That Go Bump"? It was about a division of the New Orleans Police Department that concerned itself with ghostbusting, and it had a cop named Bumpstead as its protagonist. Never made it to a series, but I found out what it was only last year or so. I'm just trying to spread the love and see if anyone else knows about it.

This just popped into my brain and is killing me. I remember watching this on either Nickelodeon or Disney. I think it was a Made for TV movie. It involved kids in a post-apocalyptic desert world (one of them may have had powers), and they windsurfed across the desert. Had to have been Post Alex Mack, but Pre Eddie Mc Dowd Nick Era.

I doubt anyone will remember this, but I recently remembered about a TV show I watched that was on back in the 1980s. It was about a man named Jim Douglas I think and he had a car that had a mind of its own I'm pretty sure. This sound familiar to anyone?

I'm not sure if this is where you ask about specific episodes of shows, but two queries if so: 1) Stephen Fry once quoted an exchange from Star Trek TOS ("Somebody out there is saying the best three words in the universe." "What words, Captain?" "Please...help me.") Which episode is this from, because I've seen them all and don't remember this from anywhere. 2) And what was the episode of Diagnosis Murder where Mark Sloan got framed for murder, and the first part ended with another character welcoming him to 'hell'? I missed the second part and this has been bugging me for years.

I'm looking for the name of a British kid's gameshow from the 90s. It was basically The Crystal Maze with a few differences:
- There were only three people in the team;
- It was set in a (possibly 200 floor) skyscraper;
- Each floor contained a different game, with the final game on the top floor;
- Instead of being locked in, you were sent to the basement;
- It was hosted by a face on a screen in the building's lift;
- It was the host's job to pick the games played, not the players.
I'm certain I'm not making this up, given how much of it I remember, so does anyone know what it was called?
I am vexed and you will help me. Early 1980s, British television; not so much a TV show as a guest spot on something like Tomorrow's World. A small chamber strings orchestra made of players who dress in classical-style outfits but with featureless silver facemasks, as if they were robots. They play a haunting piece of classical music, and there is an animated film in which Big Ben, various landmarks sink beneath the waves. What was it? Did I dream it? I can still hum the music - dah, dah-dah-dah-dah-dah, dah-etc - but you can't hear me.
